KBC Autolease works with VAB Breakdown Assistance to provide roadside assistance. You are entitled to assistance if your vehicle has been immobilised due to a breakdown, accident, theft or attempted theft, vandalism, fire or if the number plate has been stolen.

What does roadside assistance include?
- Your costs of breakdown repair/towing are covered for:
- Breakdowns
- Accidents
- Theft
- Self-inflicted breakdowns (like misfuelling, running out of fuel or locking the keys in the car)
- Vandalism
- Fires
- Stolen number plates
- All European countries shown on the certificate of insurance (green card), as well as Morocco and Tunisia
- Replacement car for up to 7 days
- On-site technical assistance with a 24-hour guarantee for any repairs done
- Our mechanics make sure that you can get back on the road for at least 24 hours to continue your journey or drive to a garage for more permanent repairs, if necessary
- Towing for repairs if your vehicle can’t be fixed on the spot
- Breakdown: tow to your preferred dealer or an approved garage if the dealer is over 100 km away
- Accident: tow to a KBC Autolease-approved bodywork repair shop (unless you’re insured elsewhere)
- Tyre failure: tow to a KBC Autolease-approved tyre centre
- Glass breakage: tow to a glass repair center
- Repairs abroad (vacations etc.):
- On the spot if the repair time allows the vehicle to be returned later, or repatriation according to the service provider's conditions.
